In the result of privatization of earth, agricultural production and traffic means, the relation between the field of agricultulal production and processing fields was broken, in the result of which they started to work with part-time job.

Difficulties have appeared in the fields of transportation and realization of agricultural products.

As the peasantary farms have obtained more dominating character in agricultural production, they have deprived of material and technical supply, informational and financial systems.

The ways of improvement of reestablishment and reinforcement of economic relations, material and technical supply, financial and credit systems, etc. are given in this work for eleminating the above mentioned contradictions, wich will contribute to the optimal structural progress in agriculture.

The independent statehood in the republic, the breach of the established, often compulsory, economic links, the already fulfilled and expected radial reforms, including the privatization of land and machinery highlihgted the necessity for drastic changes in the agricultural production, for instance, the revision and reconstruction of specialties and qualifications, inter-production links and adaptation to the market economy. This process should be guided by a scenario worked out in advance, excluding spontaneous methods of "test and mistakes". The proposed work contains a number of suggestions and ideas regarding the purposeful and expedient realization of the mentioned process. In perticular, the structural changes in agriculture, provision of the agricultural products to the population in the republic, securement of the processing production with raw materials, marketing etc., are raised and discussed in the proposed article. The prospects of the development in agriculture are given in four options, using the calculations and relative analysis carried out with the help of mathematical methods and computers. The work is envisioned for specialists in agriculture, involved in scientific and practical activities.

More than ten species of plant (R. crispus L, F. vulgaris L, Ch. bulbosum L, P. oleraceae L, U. dioica L, M. sylvestris L. ) were investigated over the whole territory of Armenia.

Widespread areas, the natural resource, productivity, the time of their utilization and vitamins (carotin, vitamins C1, B1, B2, B) were determined.

As it was revealed the abovementioned plants are widespread in forest zone and subalpine zone. These plants contain protein – (expressed percentage from absolute dry weight) 16-36, fats-2,1-6,2 as well as sufficient amount of carbohydrates and vitamins. It was determined that the following species of plants contain the maximum quantity of vitamins: carotin-M. silvestris -33 mg, U. dioica – 81mg, vitamin "C"-M. silvestris – 168mg, R. crispus – 57mg, Ch bulbosum – 80mg, P. vulgaris – 63mg.

It is important to take certain activities for the elaboration of measures in growing the wild vegetable plants in agriculture of Armenia with the purpose of liquidating seasonal works and providing the population with fresh vegetables without special expanditures of labour.

Wild vegetable are widespread in Armenia. Among them falkaria is the imporatant one, which explains the necessity of production of this plant.

We distinguished 6 ecottypes of falcaria. Sproutity and net weight of seeds was defined. Sproutity was shifted up by stratiifcation and the best results (88, 2%) was showed by Ararat ecotype. It was sowed in the fields as well as in vegetation pots.

Preliminary box sowing in greenhouse with transplantation to open soil in one real leaf phase results to heatly, viable plants which shows that the best way of of falcaria growing is by seedings. Seeding transplantation to open soil was done at 10. 04, 25. 04 and 10. 05 by 20x06 sm sheme.

During the research of plant growing it was found out that in the second and third period of transplantation they surved till the appearance of the 4-th real leaf when it can be used in ineal. However in the first period of transplantation all plants continue growing and create flowering sprounts.

At the conclusion of our research it could be mentioned that falcarias high yield can be obtained by planning out seedings from early April till mid May and the seed sprounts must be planted out in early April.

We have worked out a method of presowing treatment of seeds in an electric field on tomato.

Experiments have been worked out with the specialists of "Doxaidiss" Association in Armenia. During the experiments the processed variants showed 5-7 days speeding of preparadness of seedlings for transplantation in the field. The plants grown up from the processed seeds enter the phase of flowering earlier. The weight of the crop and fruit increases by 22-25 per cent. Chemical analysis of tomatoes has shown that the fruit has more suger (it increases by 8,8 to 24 per cent) and vitamin C (it increases by 27-48 per cent).

And so, the positive influence of the electric field on the seeds is great. It causes rapid growth, increases the field and the quality of the plant and at the same time the economic profitability.

Lagenaria (Lagenaria vulgaris L) is a not widely – distributed species of plant, which is known among the population by the variety of its foetus from which domestic utensils, tobacco – pipes, cases for decoration articles are made.

Lagenaria is known as a vegetable and as an ornamental plant. Its cylindrical species represent a nutrient value, the peel and the pulp are delicate and possess fine gustatory quality. The studies connected with the problems for some populations of Lagenaria cultivation have been conducted in Aragatsotn marz (district). In order to receive an early harvest as well as seeds, the plant should be cultivated by seedlings in peat pots. Sincs the Lagenaria is a climber plant, it is cultivated in special litters. The new ripening foetus may be used as a foodstuff. The timely removal of sprouts is very important. It is possible to receive about 30 kg of yield from one plant.

In the Republic of Armenia there are two subspecies (ssp. orientalis and ssp. occidentalis) of wild carrot, which despite of difference of its morphological indications, have identical prospects for use. The cooked leaves of the plants are used in food, mixed with other wild vegetables From plant's seeds are obtained Geraniol and essential oils with antiseptic effect which are used in medicine and perfumery.

The seeds of wild carrot are used as seasoning while preserving meat and fish.

We have experimentally worked out the complex of agrotechnical measures for wild carrot cultivation. The best time for seed sowing by tape method is autumn and spring using the whole vomplex of measures for annual plants cultivation.

For the development of rational design of hullers and the substantiations of optimum modes of an output of gualitative production are theoretically certain geometrical and technological parameters of a grain.

Proceeding from the equations of curves of ellips and cordiode, for a grain there have been major geometrical parameters:permeters and areas of central longitudinal and cross sections and volume of grain.

The major parameters of the process of peeling, the area of a surface of the outside husk of a grain, its volume and weight of endosperm were determined.

After the comparison of settlement and the experience given for parameters the divergence has been made 0,5%.

The article stated in detail the principle of the work of the centrifugal huller compared with mills does not require high requirements to a grain (humidity, fractionation and etc. ).

With the purpose of a choice of optimum parameters of mode of operations centrifugal hullers analytically investigate the principles of the grain movement on fast-acting rotor.

Through the dynamic scheme of particle movement making a complex spatial movement on a rotor are made the differential equations of moving in a general kind, at the decision of which are received trajectories of a movement of a material particle at its movement with disengagement and without disengagement from vibrating surface.

Results of researches allow to choose optimum modes of operations of rotary hullers.

The work is devoted to the improvement of constructive and operational parameters of a disk working body of a centrifugal type of machine scattering of biohumus. The simple formulas of engineering accounts are deduced, taking into account physico-mechanical properties of biohumus, both the form and installation of the blade and frequency of disk rotation.

The received formulas enable to define the speeds of the start of a particle from rotating disks, hence, and the distance of the start up while reaching to the ground depending on the frequency of rotation of disks. Further it is possible to define the width of biohumus and also the width of capture of the scattering machine and its productivity.

After land privatisation and other means of production the number of cattle was reduced in 33%, milk in 28%, and meat in 53%. 250 thousand big cattle farms, milk and meat producing complexes are neither profitable nor competitive or cost efficient. According to new structural changes in the Republic, farmers must solve the problems related with the efficient use of their resources on their own. Each farmer must make the decision himself:what to produce, what expenses can he provide and how to be profitable. These are the main concerns of today's farmers, which need precise solution.

While discussing modern aqricultural policy problem, its turning out that it is almost impossible to solve them all simultaneously. The most important aqriculltural policy problems are:

- non-stop provision of population with whole-some foor products

- environmental safety

- creation of legislative base to favour the cooperaion, expansion, and stimulation of farms with the purpose to provide constant income

- measures, liberating agricultural and land markets

- In order to stimulate the development of agriculture in the Republic, the state should provide macroeconomic favourable agricultural structure based on market relations.

The results of many years research work in branch of white spot chlorosis are summarized in this article. It is found out that 119 from 287 different kinds and species of wheat have dominant gene of white spot chiorosis(Ch 2 W s ).

This gene prevails in spring wheat (50%), while in winter wheat it composes 30%. The complementation of dominant genes brings to the disturbance of movable balance of chlorophyll. In various stages of ontogenesis the quantity of chlorophyll "A" is more than of chlorophyll "B". In any case there is no significant movement in their ratio.

The list of studied sorts and species is given in the appendix.>

In this article the problems concerned with the peculiarities of Lucerne's growth and development depending on the mowing period are examined. As our researches have showed, these harvesting terms exert considerable influence on the rates of plants'growth and development. The growth of plants in height increases until the phase of full flowering, and the growth of the ground mass and root system proceeds before the flowering, and then the rates of this process are slowing down. The correlative connection is observed between root system's speading by soil horizons and harvesting period. As harvesting period delays, the process of root system's deepening by soil horizons increases. Independently of harvesting period, the root systems are more spreaded in soil on the depth of 15-30 cm than on the depth of 0-15 cm. The rates of growth and development of Lucerne show an adequate consequence on accumulation of plants' crop. The rates of crop's accumulation elapse faster before plants' flowering, and then this process is slowing down.

Ethyl alcohol produced from food-stuffs are applied in many branches of national economy such as wine-making, bottled juice, confectionery, soft drinks, parfumery and many other branches. Produced from different raw materials rectified spirits were not characterized according to their chemical composition, which is the basis for the spirits estimation. Volatile dashes of rectified spirit are defined by gas-liquid chromotography. Spirit-rectificate, produced from dry wine material, dry stronghold wine ( as port ) , apple raw-spirit, and also from faulty peach puree, is treated with activated carbon. After treatment the spirits acquire weak fiery smell and taste, remote fruiter flavour. It has been determined that spirit-rectificate meets the requirements. Depending on the trend and specfie character of the production, the spirits can be used in different branches of national economy.
